  • Conduct the recruitment process for internal positions.
  • Manage and monitor contracts with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Plan and organize internal company events.
  • Monitor and manage the activities of company interns.
  • Assist in formatting CVs and JDs.
  • Track and manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors for technical support.
Yêu cầu ứng tuyển
  • Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in event management or recruitment is a plus.
