- Manage and monitor contracts with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
- Plan and organize internal company events.
- Monitor and manage the activities of company interns.
- Assist in formatting CVs and JDs.
- Track and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors for technical support.
Yêu cầu ứng tuyển- Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in event management or recruitment is a plus.
