Arrange and manage the work schedule and travel of the Board of Directors
Prepare documents, meeting minutes, and files for meetings
Draft official letters, announcements, and emails as instructed
Communicate information between the Board of Directors and other departments
Provide logistical support, organize events, and welcome guests/partners
