- Strong logical and structured thinking in problem-solving and design decisions.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal) is a must
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g., FigJam, Adobe XD, Miro).
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
- A solid portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work — from research and ideation to final implementation.
- Experience in the banking, fintech, or compliance industry is a plus.
